Ludovico, after having held the role of Managing Director, is now Client Management and Growth as well as a member of the Board of Directors in Maximus Italia. He began his career in Bologna in 2005 led by Gianni Zanetti representing listed sports and technology companies.

In 2007 he became a very young General Counsel of a venture capital fund shareholder of the VICEVERSA Group. In 2010 he started his own legal studio in Milan specialized in M&A, corporate, international contracts and foreign investment issues and in 2012 merged with Diacron. In 2015 he led the expansion of Diacron in New York and became the US Managing Partner. As Head of Legal Practice in 2019, he coordinates all legal resources and holds positions as Chief Legal Officer, member of supervisory body and independent advisor for Italian and American clients prominent in chemistry, health, active labor policies and international trade fairs.

He participates in research groups on Blockchain, and he is the author of a monograph on US wine regulations.
